Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings for structural integrity, focusing on roofs, foundations, and water-related issues.
- Compile comprehensive and detailed reports based on inspection findings.
- Provide expert testimony in court, backed by our experienced legal team.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Engage in continuous professional development with company-funded learning and training opportunities.
- Travel to various locations, with occasional overnight stays required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), with the capacity to acquire additional certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in civil or structural engineering.
- Proficient in technical writing, with strong skills in Microsoft Word and other essential computer applications.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a strong customer service orientation.
- Capable of working independently in a hybrid environment with reliable internet and phone connectivity.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination.
